This website is operated by AirxEdge. These Terms of Service govern your use of shop.airxedge.com and purchases made through the store. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.
Online store terms

Product information and availability
We work to display product descriptions, colors, images, availability, and prices accurately. Screen displays and handmade or supplier-produced items may vary slightly. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or cancel orders affected by an obvious pricing or listing error. Products may be fulfilled by third-party partners from different locations.
Orders and billing
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, payment issues, stock errors, or other legitimate operational reasons. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the cancelled amount to the original payment method.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Delivery estimates, split shipments, shipping fees, customs information, and delays are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exclusions, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Third-party services and links
The store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, fulfillment, analytics, and marketing providers. Third-party services and websites are governed by their own terms and policies. Purchases from AirxEdge are transactions directly between you and AirxEdge, not Shopify.
Intellectual property
Store content, branding, graphics, copy, and layout are owned by or licensed to AirxEdge and may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without permission, except as allowed by law.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the site and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. AirxEdge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify AirxEdge against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the site, violation of these terms, or infringement of another person’s rights, to the extent permitted by law.
Severability and waiver
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.

These terms are governed by the laws of Manitoba and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without limiting mandatory consumer rights available where you live.
